Shipping policy

Generally if we have it in stock the day you buy or the next day we ship is our goal. But we must state we we will do our best to get in stock orders shipped out within two business days. Orders placed on a weekend or holiday will be shipped promptly the next business day. If there is expected delays we will contact you.

Pixel Now uses shipping services such as USPS, UPS, Fedex, and DHL as providers. Shipping provider may vary. We think recycle is an excellent tool to keep cost low. So if a shipping box you receive shows Ebay or Amazon tape. No worries we provide the savings straight to you on our product price by reusing those boxes. This hacks or not only great for the environment but for product cost.  

Once items are shipped tracking numbers will be uploaded and provided to customers.

Any non-warranty returns (Buyers Remorse) are subject to customer providing shipping cost along with 10% restock fee. Warranty return shipping will be covered by Pixel Now LLC after the return is accepted. Contact us with any issues or questions we are always willing to help the consumer.
